Andrew Hardman
President
Andrew is a Degreed Professional Industrial Engineer, a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia (APENS) and has been a practicing Industrial Engineer since 1992.
Andrew is certified as a Lean LBC-Sensei by the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Association of Manufacturing Excellence and Shingo Prize and has a background in Six Sigma methodology.
With over 30 years experience Andrew has completed over 500 improvement projects in a wide variety of sectors, including manufacturing, service, healthcare and government.

Ashley Joy
Senior Consultant
Ashley is a Degreed Industrial Engineer, and has been a practicing Industrial Engineer since 2013. She specializes in the facilitation of Lean Improvement initiatives, and Change Management.

Applying her training in Lean Six Sigma and Change Management she is passionate about leading change and engaging with people to solve problems. Ashley has led and facilitated projects in manufacturing, service and healthcare.
